Modern Infrastructure

In December 2016, CICC ASSEMBLY LIMITED commenced the construction of an eleven-story building for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, culminating in the successful completion of the project by the end of 2018, adhering to both the designated timeline and budgetary constraints.

Throughout the construction phase, our collaboration with esteemed government entities such as MFAFT, MEGJC, UDC, KSAC, NWA, and third-party Jamaican consultants across diverse disciplines was instrumental. CICC is home to 200 Chinese staff in Jamaica and class-A management team including certified Chinese first-class construction engineer, first-class structural engineer, senior engineer, secondary engineer, assistant engineer, constructor, quantity inspector, safety advisor, translator, mechanic and special operator.
