Located in Spanish Town, this commercial plaza project covers a total area of 27.32 acres. The first phase of construction involved the installation of underground water supply and drainage pipelines, perimeter walls, internal roads and sidewalks. With a total investment of approximately USD 5 million, the first phase has been largely completed.
